'Opening' Wall Art Lamp
Art Wall Lamps are beautiful, functional pieces of art designed to bring a calming glow to your home and heart. They resulted from an artistic exploration and spiritual journey, combining my artistic passions and specialties of sacred geometry and papercutting. Art Wall Lamps are not simply meant to be pretty but are intended to be contemplative, mesmerizing, and calming.
This one-of-a-kind Art Lamp is part of my 99-Circle series, a collection inspired by the 99 beautiful names of Allah (God) in the Islamic tradition. The design is derived from a geometric grid of 99 circles, and each lamp's title draws from one of those sacred names.
The design is hand-cut into Fabriano Artistico paper, backlit with a dimmable, warm white LED panel, and housed within a custom-built, white-stained wood frame with Museum Glass. It also includes a signed Certificate Of Authenticity.

'Affinity' Art Wall Lamp
Affinity displays a geometric, harmonic growth pattern, similar to the unfolding of plants. It is an expression of the unseen relationship that exists between the microcosm and macrocosm. Just as the smallest square relates to the largest, as do we relate to Something bigger. Affinity invites you to explore and experience this interconnectedness.
Affinity started as a traditional, geometric drawing using a compass, ruler, and pencil. After transferring the drawing to a sheet of paper I hand-cut the individual shapes, leaving small portions of each shape intact. I then gently massage the shapes outward, allowing the light to shine through, which creates intriguing shadows on the now 3D surface. White Fabriano paper is used to exude a warm, calming glow when lit from behind.

Growth is an expression of the sacred geometry that pervades the natural world, from molecules, to us, to galaxies. This original pattern contains five and ten-fold symmetry which is the preferred symmetry of growth in the natural world. I believe this is one of the reasons why we resonate so much with nature–it contains the same geometry that’s in us. Growth invites you to contemplate the fact that everything in creation was beautifully designed, including you.

Guidance displays four-fold symmetry, with the number four symbolizing earth and order. The four cardinal directions and four seasons are here to guide us in space and time. Guidance invites you to contemplate the beautiful signs of order all around us, guiding us through life.

Inspired was my first design after taking a break from making art following losing my Mom. It was a profoundly sad time, but it was also inspiring to hear stories about her from her friends, see the life of purpose she had led through old photos, and find old cards and notes of gratitude from people whose lives she had touched. Inspired invites you to reflect on the Light that can emerge from even the darkest times.

After transferring the drawing to a sheet of paper I hand-cut the individual shapes, leaving small portions of each shape intact. I then gently massage the shapes inward and/or outward, allowing the light to shine through, which creates intriguing shadows on the now 3D surface. White Fabriano paper is used to exude a warm, calming glow when lit from behind.

'Senary' Art Wall Lamp
Senary is a celebration of sixness! Six six-sided arrows encircle individual six-sided hexagons, which then tesselate to form a single, expansive hexagon. The number six holds a deep connection to the circle as the length of a hexagon's sides are equal to the radius of its containing circle. The circle is a fundamental element of both geometric design and life itself. Consider a round drop of water, an eyeball, the sun, moon and earth, or the perimeter of a flower–all testaments to the circle's beauty and significance. Senary invites you to contemplate this profound circle of life.
